Casey has been in the Fitness Industry for over 12 years working as an International Dance/Cheer Coach, Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor teaching Pilates, Cycle, Aerial Yoga as well as Strength and Conditioning. She recently furthered her knowledge in Hormone Nutrition and loves to share her knowledge and help those who suffer from hormone imbalances or conditions.
Casey has worked with a whole RANGE of clients, from those with MS, Hormonal Imbalances, Thyroid Issues, EDs, Back Pain, Knee Pain, Shoulder Pain… you name it! She is passionate about helping those who want to make exercise a daily habit and reap the benefits by feeling long, lean and strong as well as saying BYEE to any aches and pains. Casey wants to make exercise accessible for all. She is passionate about showing you that we can move our body, effectively, no matter what, and reach our goals.
